This volume contains documents relating to the 1957 and 1960 International Conferences of Communist and Workers’ Parties. The materials focus on the emerging Chinese-Soviet split. They include CPGB leader John Gollan’s analysis of Maoist thought (specifically Gollan's thoughts regarding Mao's On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among the People), as well as notes on the speeches of Nikita Khrushchev and other leading communists.
