This volume contains exchanges between the British authorities and other Allied powers, as well as more general correspondence. The majority of the documents cover interactions with the United States, Soviet Union, and France, though other nations such as Poland and the Netherlands feature heavily. Correspondence with the Central Registry of War Criminals and Security Suspects (CROWCASS) is also included.
