A vast collection of official printed material concerning the Home, Foreign, Finance, Commerce & Industry, Railways, Legislative, Army, Revenue & Agriculture and Public Works Departments during the fourth Earl of Minto's viceroyalty. There is a strong emphasis on the growth of political movements during this time and a separate document is dedicated to a report relating to the Amritsar Massacre of April 1919. To be found are also speeches and official tours of Lord Minto as well as Household accounts and selected press cuttings during his tenure.
