In the wake of the CPGB’s transformation to the ‘Democratic Left’, the Sub-Committee of the Political Committee changed its title to ‘Meetings of National Officers’. These minutes, including handwritten notes, document how the CPGB tried to navigate its rocky transition from political party to multi-issue grassroots think-tank.
